The organization primarily works with employers to hire people from different demographics, which companies frequently do not pursue, usually because they are simply not aware of these groups of people.

While the company primarily serves employers, it has resources for job seekers at several websites.

The services are especially useful in identifying and providing careers for first-generation college students, primarily those who have finished schooling. Other groups include those who have had a history of "justice involved, "as well as those with little confidence in their ability to seek out a job.

Several companies, including Advocate Aurora Health, Northwestern Health in Chicago, and BMO Bank, have benefited from this organization's mission.
